User: any user who accesses and uses the application
Conditions: the following contract which governs the relationship between the Owner and the user.
The use of the Application implies acceptance of the conditions by the user. If the user intends not to accept the conditions and any other information notice published, he will not be able to use the application.
The conditions can be changed at any time.
Any changes will be effective from the time of their publication on the application.
Before using the application, the user is required to read the conditions, print them and save them for future reference.
The Owner reserves the right to change at his discretion, at any time, the graphic interface of the Application, the Contents, and their organization, any other aspect related to the functionality, communicating the instructions to the user if necessary.
The user can use the application only within the limits set by the following information and in compliance with the rules of the digital store: Google Play for Android users and Apple Store for iOS users. The user cannot decompile, modify, adapt, export, sell, redistribute on other channels the Application or part of it. The user cannot circumvent the technical limitations of the application. The user can only use the Application on mobile devices. The user cannot use the app for commercial purposes. The user can use the app for personal purposes only.
The Application is provided as-is and as is available.
The conditions can be changed at any time.
The holder does not provide any guarantee in relation to the application and
that it will be free of errors and bugs.
The holder does not provide any guarantee in relation to a virus that can attack the hosting device and the application.
The owner does not provide any guarantee regarding service interruptions.
The owner will endeavor to ensure that the application is available 24 hours a day, but will not be liable in any way if the application is not available.
Before using the application, the user is required to read the conditions, print them and save them for future reference.

Access to the application can be suspended temporarily and without notice in case of system failure, maintenance, and causes outside the will of the owner.

The Owner cannot be responsible for incorrect use of the application.
The conditions are subject to Italian law.

The games may collect anonymous data, in order to improve the services offered, related to game sessions and information related to the devices hosting the game. KHero integrates Google Firebase Analytics.
The Owner will not share collected information with third-party entities for commercial reasons. The cases in which government bodies authorized in accordance with the laws in force may request the release of the data are excluded.
The Application may include advertisements for third party products and services. The advertising partner in the Application may collect some information in order to show to the user relevant advertisements. KHero integrates Google Admob advertising.
